The FIA Cares Great Chicago Steak Out gives companies and individuals in the futures, options and cleared swaps industry the opportunity to provide financial support to help feed those in need. Once again, the Chicago Private Dining Steakhouse Group, a prestigious collection of Chicago's top steakhouses, presents the finest dishes from their kitchens for you to sample and enjoy. The Great Chicago Steak Out takes place annually at the end of FIA's Futures & Options Expo, taking place October 18-20, 2016.

Since 2008, FIA through its FIA Cares program has raised more than $2.9 million for the Greater Chicago Food Depository. The Food Depository, founded in 1979, makes a daily impact across Cook County with a network of 650 pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, mobile programs, children’s programs, older adult programs and innovative responses that address the root causes of hunger. Last year, the Food Depository distributed 70 million pounds of shelf-stable food, fresh produce, dairy products and meat, the equivalent of 160,000 meals every day. FIA is the leading global trade organization for the futures, options and centrally cleared derivatives markets, with offices in London, Singapore and Washington, D.C. and roots in Chicago.

Silver Level - $5,000 donation
