Baconfest Chicago is a nationally renowned, locally beloved festival dedicated to America’s favorite cured meat: bacon!  At Baconfest, Chicago’s best chefs concoct and serve brilliant bacon dishes to thousands of passionate bacon lovers and provide tasting portions of their creative bacon-inspired dishes! This year, 170 chefs and restaurants will join the bacon festivities.

A portion of the proceeds from the event go to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. There will also be a raffle and food drive at the event.

Baconfest Chicago 2016 is divided into three exhibition sessions: Saturday Lunch, Saturday Dinner and Sunday Brunch. Each will feature a “Cooking Channel VIP Hour” prior to the three hour “General Admission” period.
