Riccardo Muti conducts the Chicago Symphony Musicians to benefit the Greater Chicago Food Depository

The Chicago Symphony Musicians, conducted by Maestro Riccardo Muti, will hold a benefit concert for the Greater Chicago Food Depository on June 13, 2016 at 8 p.m. The concert will be performed at the Studebaker Theater, 410 South Michigan Avenue.

The program will include:

Rossini: Overture to William Tell

Mozart: Clarinet Concerto in A major, K. 622 with Principal Clarinet Stephen Williamson

Beethoven: Symphony No. 5 in C minor, opus 67

The net proceeds of the concert will be donated to the Food Depository, which provides food for hungry people while striving to end hunger in our community. Each year, more than 812,000 individuals turn to the Food Depository's network of pantries, soup kitchens and shelters for assistance.
