Baconfest Chicago is a nationally renowned, locally beloved festival dedicated to America’s favorite cured meat: bacon!  At Baconfest, Chicago’s best chefs concoct and serve brilliant bacon dishes to thousands of passionate bacon lovers and provide tasting portions of their creative bacon-inspired dishes!

A portion of the proceeds from the event go to the Greater Chicago Food Depository. There will also be a raffle and food drive at the event.

Brand new for 2014, Baconfest Chicago will be divided into three exhibition sessions, a Friday Dinner Shift, Saturday Lunch Shift, and Saturday Dinner Shift.  Each shift will feature a “Cooking Channel VIP Hour” prior to the 2.5 hour “General Admission” period.
 
The Cooking Channel VIP Hour for the Friday Dinner Session will be between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.  General Admission is from 7:00-9:30 p.m.

The Cooking Channel VIP Hour for the Saturday Lunch Session will be between 11:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.  General Admission is from 12:30-3:00p.m.

The Cooking Channel VIP Hour for the Saturday Dinner Session will be between 6:00 and 7:00 p.m.  General Admission is from 7:00-9:30p.m.
